Since the first half of the 1900s, the Falsittas have been active in “tax law”. For nearly a century, the Falsittas have held various roles in the tax sector, ranging from positions in the Italian Tax Authority, tenureships as university professors, working in areas of research, politics and consultancy, to legal representation. For nearly a century, they have established a collaborative relationship with Italian institutions that is highly effective and transparent, without exception, in compliance with the law.
Also a speaker at the Chamber of Deputies on Italian Tax Law Reform, Vittorio Emanuele Falsitta is the founder of the Falsitta Milan Firm, where together with other professionals including lawyers and accountants, he carries on the family tradition. The firm focuses in advising residents and non-residents on tax law, tax and customs procedural law, tax and economic crimes, and in the diverse agreements than can be concluded with the Italian tax authorities. The Firm often handles significant issues in these areas of practice that are of national importance.
The guiding principles that our Firm embraces are:
A DEFENCE IS BUILT ON PRINCIPLES OF LOYALTY AND FAIRNESS.
NEVER CHANGE THE FACTS;
NEVER MANIPULATE THEM;
ALWAYS REMEMBER WHERE THE INTERESTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL INTERSECT WITH THE INTEREST OF THE PUBLIC.
IN THIS, WE ARE INSTITUTIONAL LIAISONS.
