Alessandra Silvestri, authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2009, has been admitted to the Bar since 1995 and a member of the Milan Bar since 1997. She specializes in criminal law and has represented clients in complex proceedings, including cases involving homicide, criminal conspiracy, fraud and drug offenses. She has been actively involved in protecting vulnerable individuals, with expertise in restorative justice, and in representing minors before the Juvenile Court. She has provided ongoing advice to listed companies in the infrastructure and communications sectors on environmental criminal law, electromagnetic emissions and building-law violations, and has also developed experience in economic and business criminal law, including corporate, tax and bankruptcy matters.

She has served as an Honorary Deputy Prosecutor, performing the duties of a public prosecutor in court and developing specific experience in medical negligence, environmental offenses and workplace accidents. She is co-founder of the Perseo Association (Centro Antiviolenza Maschile, since 2019) and collaborates with Change The Game, providing legal assistance to minors and athletes who are victims of violence and abuse in sport.
