The firm offers a wide range of activities and services, both nationally and internationally, in tax law, corporate restructuring and asset management, tax, corporate, insolvency and administrative liability related criminal law, civil, criminal, tax and customs procedural law, integrating specialist and technical knowledge, with a multidisciplinary and collegial approach.

      Falsitta, a name that has been present in 'tax law' for almost a century Since the first half of the twentieth century, the Falsittas have been active in the field of taxation in various roles: in financial administration, in university teaching and research, in politics, in consultancy and in the legal profession. Over time and with continuity, they have established a high quality and transparent relationship of cooperation, characterised by respect for their respective roles, with the institutions of the Republic that deal with taxation.
    • The birth of a unique legal approach
      Studio Vittorio Emanuele Falsitta & Associati was born from the will of Vittorio Emanuele Falsitta and a group of respected professionals, united by the desire to work together under the banner of quality. From the outset, Clients have appreciated the attention to strategy and the irreducible approach with which the firm's professionals undertake every initiative to protect the patrimonial integrity of companies and individuals.
    • Disclosure as a value
      Disclosure and the spreading of knowledge has always been a value for the firm. In 1998, the team succeeded in convincing the Financial Administration and the Presidents of the Commissions to start the publication of the Milanese Tax Commissions' Maximary, in order to spread the culture of jurisprudential precedents (an initiative later replicated in other regions until it became institutionalised at national level). The firm also began to collaborate with the Bibliographic Dictionary of Italian Law Journals and the Tributary Chamber was founded at the Court of Milan, later followed by the Research Centre Economic Crime.

      With the new millennium, the firm emerged and established itself on the regional and national legal scene by defending well-known entrepreneurs in important and complicated trials. As a result, the range of skills required is broadened and the firm is enriched with new professionals, in the name of the pursuit of excellence and the achievement of results.

      Thanks to his skills in the field, founder Vittorio Emanuele Falsitta's curriculum vitae was enriched with political and parliamentary experience, during which he was rapporteur of important measures and, in turn, author of historic tax laws.

    • Promoting relations with the Italian fiscal authority.
      Promoting relations with the Italian tax authorities. The firm's intense promotional activity begins, which will contribute to the clarification and enactment of a law allowing taxpayers to regularise offences committed by holding assets outside Italy (Voluntary Disclosure).
    • The 'To Caesar that which is Caesar's' Conference
      An important conference organised by the Research Centre on Ethical Taxation of the European University of Rome - of which its founder Vittorio Emanuele Falsitta is also the Director, in collaboration with the Firm - takes place in Milan, in the Sala Alessi of Palazzo Marino, dedicated to the ethical aspects of the taxation issue.
    • New prestigious offices in Milan and Rome
      Due to its continuous growth, the firm moved its headquarters to the central Via Meravigli in Milan, occupying the entire ground floor of a building designed by the designer and architect Vico Magistretti. In order to be closer to our clients and to be able to manage institutional relationships at the highest level, the Rome office of Associated Studio is opened. The new office is located in the historic setting of the 16th century Palazzo Borghese.

      Ways of tackling professional challenges are met is changing. Collaboration with large national groups is being consolidated, requiring professionals to make a leap in size, without losing sight of the method.
    • VEF & Partners is born, the incorporated law firm
      The birth of VEF & Partners (Vittorio Emanuele Falsitta & Partners S.p.a), the incorporated law firm is born. In addition, GKSD Investment Holding, Italy's largest private healthcare group, decides to invest in the legal services sector and, after years of collaboration with the firm, chooses VEF & Partners and participates in its capital.
    • The first Voluntary Cryptocurrency Disclosure
      In a first for the industry, VEF & Partners launches in 2021 and carries out in 2022 the first Voluntary Disclosure on cryptocurrencies in order to agree their tax treatment with the tax authorities. With this pioneering operation, the firm confirms the pioneering spirit that has characterised it since its creation.
