
He's a lawyer authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation and has been a member of the Ancona Bar since 1992. After graduating in Law from the University of Macerata, he earned a Diploma in EC Law from King’s College London and an LL.M. in International and European Commercial Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College, London. In 2005, he completed a PhD at the University of Perugia, in consortium with Luiss University in Rome and Bocconi University in Milan, with a thesis on the internationalization of antitrust law.
He has taught seminars at the University of Macerata and the Marche Polytechnic University in Ancona. After working with English law firms, he began collaborating with Andreano Studio Legale in Rome, where he heads the International Law Department. He assists clients entering foreign markets, drafting international commercial agreements and handling cross-border transactions, and advises on industrial law matters. Through a network of foreign correspondent lawyers, he has represented the firm’s clients in legal proceedings in EU jurisdictions and the United States.
