
Maria Ludovica Tartaglione has been a member of the Rome Bar since 2014 and practices criminal law, representing individuals and legal entities in proceedings involving offenses against the public administration, offenses against the person and property, as well as economic and business criminal law matters.
She graduated with honors from Roma Tre University with a thesis in criminal procedure and completed an internship at the Bank of Italy within the Banking and Financial Supervision Department, in the Customer Protection and Anti-Money Laundering Service. She completed specialist training at the Scuola Forense Vittorio Emanuele Orlando and, between 2019 and 2021, completed the technical and professional ethics training course for criminal defense lawyers at the UCPI territorial school – Camera Penale di Roma. She is a member of the editorial coordination team of Archivio penale.
Since March 2025, she has collaborated with Andreano Studio Legale, handling personal and asset-based preventive measures, economic, tax and bankruptcy offenses, and proceedings involving minors. Previously, she advised companies on medical negligence, workplace health and safety and property offenses. She has an excellent command of English and a good command of French.
