Lawyer since 1998 and admitted to the Milan Bar, he has been qualified since 2010 to appear before the Italian Supreme Court and other Higher Courts. He is the Founder of Studio Vittorio Emanuele Falsitta & Associati and a Partner at VEF&P. He specializes in Tax Law and Tax Criminal Law and is Head of the Tax Litigation Department.
He is a Member and Contributor to the journal Massimario delle Commissioni Tributarie della Lombardia and President of the Taxpayers’ Rights Statute Commission at the Lombardy Chamber of Tax Lawyers. He also has experience in Sports Law, having served as a Member of the Arbitration Panel of the Serie B Football League.
He is the author of numerous publications on current professional and legal matters.
