Michele Andreano, born in Foggia in 1966, has practiced law since 1993 and is a member of the Rome Bar, with authorization to practice before the Court of Cassation. He graduated from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna with a thesis in bankruptcy law (“The Bankruptcy of the Undisclosed Partner,” supervisor Prof. G. Poggeschi) and subsequently pursued further studies in economic and business criminal law. Early in his career, he served as an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Macerata and the Faculty of Economics and Commerce in Ancona. Since 2026, he has taught the “Corporate Offenses” module in a postgraduate program at Università Cusano in Rome.
He founded Andreano Studio Legale, a law firm organized as a professional company of lawyers, with departments focused primarily on criminal law and economic and business crime, as well as corporate, tax and civil law, and professionals based in Rome, Milan, Naples and Ancona. The firm works with an extensive international network of correspondent lawyers and assists Italian companies abroad and foreign companies in Italy, including certain diplomatic missions in Rome.
He focuses in particular on the civil and criminal aspects of anti-mafia preventive measures, providing both out-of-court advice — including on holding companies, funds, trusts, organizational models and compliance — and representation in proceedings involving tax fraud, money laundering, bankruptcy offenses, organized crime, corruption and related economic offenses.
He is a member of the Board of ASLA Milan and of the Eurispes Scientific Committee in Rome.
