He is Scientific Director of the Research Centre for Ethical Taxation at the European University of Rome, where he previously served as Extraordinary Professor of Tax Law, and Founder of Studio Vittorio Emanuele Falsitta & Associati. He served as a Member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies and as rapporteur for the tax reform during the second Berlusconi Government.
He is Scientific Director for Tax Law of the “Le Chiavi – Saperi e Soluzioni” series, published by La Tribuna; President of the “Relationship between Technical Expertise and Law” Commission of the Lombardy Chamber of Tax Lawyers; and Scientific Director of the “Laboratorio sul Futuro” at the EURISPES Foundation.
